    Defective/Damaged Products Please inspect your order for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our Customer Care Team or your sales professional immediately. We’ll work with you to quickly repair, replace, or resolve the issue. To expedite your service, you can also submit a service request form online by visiting our Service Request page.

    The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return.

    Furniture: Decide that the new piece of furniture doesn’t quite work in your home? No problem—you’re covered by our Happiness Guarantee. If you buy furniture from our stock, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value within 7 days after purchase. Special order furniture, Last Chance items, special orders for parts, pillows, or fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional restrictions apply—please refer to our Happiness Guarantee for more details.

    Mattresses: Mattresses priced at $1,299 or more are covered by our 120-Night Sleep Guarantee. It gives you up to 120 days after purchase to try a new mattress in your home. If it doesn’t help you sleep better, you can exchange it for a different mattress of equal or greater value. If your mattress is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer to refund or exchange it. Additional restrictions apply—please refer to our 120-Night Sleep Guarantee for more details.

    Appliances: Due to the complicated nature of delivering and installing appliances, sales are final. Please inspect your appliance for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your appliance is damaged or defective, we will work with the manufacturer to get it fixed. If it cannot be fixed, they will typically issue a replacement.

    Hot Tubs: Due to the complicated nature of delivering and installing hot tubs, sales are final. Please inspect your hot tub for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your hot tub is damaged or defective, we will work with the manufacturer to get it fixed.

    Happiness Guarantee: Decide that the new piece of furniture doesn’t quite work in your home? No problem—you’re covered by our Happiness Guarantee. If you buy furniture from our stock, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value within 7 days after purchase. All returned items must be in like-new condition. A $69 wrap and pickup fee will apply.

    If you special order furniture, you cannot return or exchange it because it has been customized for you. However, you can cancel or change your order within 3 days after placing it.

    A few restrictions apply:
    • Last Chance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Special orders for parts, pillows, or fabric cannot be canceled, and the products cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Services such as delivery and fabric protection are not refundable.

    Missouri Best Price Guarantee: Our prices cannot be beat. In the unlikely event that within 7 days of your purchase from Missouri Furniture you find the same item advertised in print or online for less, bring the ad into our store and we’ll refund the difference. Just be sure that the brand and model are identical.

    A few restrictions apply:
    • The ad must be for a store within 50 miles of our own.
    • The ad must have the same delivery, finance, and service terms as the item you purchased from us.
    • Our unequaled low-price guarantee does not apply to online offers; when the price includes bonus or free offers, special financing, installation, or rebates; or when the competitor’s offer is for out-of-stock, clearance, limited quantity, while supplies last, doorbuster, or out-of-the-box items.

    120-Night Sleep Guarantee: Our 120-Night Sleep Guarantee is simple and covers mattresses priced at $1,299 or more: Try the new mattress in your home for up to 120 days after purchase. If it doesn’t help you sleep better, you can exchange it for a different mattress of equal or greater price. If your mattress is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer to refund or exchange it.

    A few restrictions apply:
    • Only one exchange is allowed.
    • All returns will be inspected by a manager and are subject to manager approval before you choose a new mattress.
    • Mattress sets are not eligible for return or exchange if they have damage of any kind. Some examples include a removed manufacturer’s tag or any stains.
    • You must purchase a mattress protector from Missouri Furniture and use it for the entire time.
    • Services such as delivery and protection plans are not refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for delivery and pickup fees when exchanging a product.

    The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

    Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

    Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

    Shipping & Handling Costs

    Delivery Across Missouri: We proudly offer delivery across the entire state of Missouri. Our delivery options include:
    • $99 Delivery to Your Door: Assembly required.
    • $149 In-Home Delivery (1-3 Items): Includes assembly and setup.
    • $199 In-Home Delivery (4+ Items): Includes assembly and setup.
    • $499 Unlimited In-Home Delivery for One Year: Valid for deliveries to the same address for one year, with assembly and setup included each time.

    Additional Fees May Apply: $69 for deliveries to the Kansas City metro area and $1/mile for locations over 50 miles from the nearest showroom. Hot tub delivery, installation, and select appliance installations are priced separately. Furniture, mattress, and appliance removal is available for $50 per item (must be arranged in advance).
