Our in-home delivery service goes the extra mile to uncrate, set everything in place, and take care of all the packaging — leaving no mess behind. From assembling furniture to installing appliances and everything in between, our experienced professionals handle it all with the utmost care and precision. Once everything is in place, we’ll make sure you’re 100% satisfied — cleaning up, answering any questions, and ensuring everything is just as it should be.

Our professional team ensures your purchase is given the best on every step of the journey to your home. Each of our delivery options includes complimentary free appliance installation (excluding any built-in appliances). Our delivery options include:
$79 Delivery to Your Door Includes delivery of unassembled items to your doorstep.
$149 In-Home Delivery (Single Item) Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and setup.
$229 In-Home Delivery (2-4 Items) Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and setup.
$299 In-Home Delivery (5-8 Items) Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and setup.
$399 Unlimited In-Home Delivery (9+ Items) Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and setup to the same address within a year.
Additional fees may apply, including an extra charge of $69 for deliveries to the Kansas City metro area, plus $1 per mile for locations over 50 miles from the nearest showroom. Hot tub delivery, installation, and select appliance installations are priced separately. Our team does not perform propane conversions or gas appliance installs. Professional Setup
Save yourself the hassle and leave the setup to us when you add our In-Home Delivery service. Our setup options include:
$0 Assembly & Setup Includes furniture assembly, mattress setup, and installation of freestanding refrigerators, electric laundry units, and freestanding electric ranges.
$79 Appliance Installation Includes installation of built-in refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and many other appliances. If eligible, installation can be added at checkout.
Hot tub delivery and installation are priced separately. Appliance installation must be arranged at the time of purchase. Our team does not perform propane conversions or gas appliance installs. Installers cannot use existing connection parts for new appliance installations. Parts are sold separately and are available for purchase at checkout. Be sure to speak with your sales professional to ensure everything is set for a smooth installation experience.

We’ll take care of removing the old furniture, mattresses, and appliances you're replacing during delivery for only $50 per item.

Get Ready for Our Arrival
We want to ensure your purchase is delivered successfully. Here are a few steps you can take to make sure that your delivery is fast and hassle‑free:
- Before you shop, take accurate measurements to verify the product will fit in the installation/setup location.
- Measure doorways, hallways, and stairways to ensure they are wide enough to accommodate your new purchase.
- Make sure the unloading zone and delivery path through your doorways and hallways are clear and without any obstacles.
- Confine all pets to a separate area.
- If we are hauling away your old mattress, remove all sheets, blankets, quilts and pillows before we arrive.
- If we are hauling away your old appliance, make sure it's emptied before we arrive.
- There must be someone 18 years or older at home to accept delivery.
Appliance Installation Guidelines
Washers
- Make sure there's a 3-prong, 110-volt electrical outlet within reach of the washer's power cord.
- The water shut-off valve must be located on the same floor and within four feet of the appliance, be corrosion-free, in good working condition, have a metal connection, and require no plumbing alterations.
- Purchase new standard-length supply hoses if they are not included with your new washer.
- If you are stacking the washer and dryer, purchase the proper stacking kit for your model and any other required parts.
Electric Dryers
- Make sure a 220-volt outlet is available within 4 feet of where the appliance will be installed.
- You must have a 3 or 4-prong outlet.
- You will need a new electric cord and aluminum dryer vent.
Gas Dryers
- Our team does not perform propane conversions or gas appliance installs.
- Make sure there is a 3-prong, 110-volt electrical outlet within reach of the appliance's power cord.
- Your natural gas shut-off valve must have a metal connection positioned directly behind the dryer.
- You will need a new gas flex connection and aluminum dryer vent.
- If you are stacking the washer and dryer, purchase the proper stacking kit for your model and any other required parts.
Refrigerators
- Make sure you have a 3-prong, 110-volt electrical outlet within 5 feet of the new refrigerator.
- For ice and water dispensing models, your water shut-off valve must be located on the same floor and within six feet of the appliance.
- Be certain that the shut-off valve is corrosion-free, in good working condition, has a metal connection, and requires no plumbing alterations to connect parts.
- You will need a new water line connection kit for the appliance.
Electric Ranges
- Ensure your 3 or 4-prong outlets are located within 4 feet of your appliance.
- You must have a new electric cord for your range.
Gas Ranges
- Our team does not perform propane conversions or gas appliance installs.
- Make sure there is a 3-prong, 110-volt electrical outlet within reach of the appliance's power cord.
- Your natural gas shut-off valve must have a metal connection positioned directly behind the range.
- You will need a new gas installation kit.
Dishwashers
- Make sure you have a 3-prong, 110-volt electrical outlet within 5 feet of the new dishwasher.
- Make sure your water shut-off valve is under the sink or behind your existing dishwasher.
- Be certain that the shut-off valve is corrosion-free, in good working condition, has a metal connection, and requires no plumbing alterations to connect parts.
- Your dishwasher should be level, and there should be no obstruction to the front legs of the unit.
- You will need a new dishwasher connection kit for your new appliance.
