WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
It all began in 1977, when Missouri Furniture founder, Neil Faiferlick, moved his family to the Lake of the Ozarks from Iowa and noticed there were very few furniture stores in the area. He found his calling and opened Camdenton Furniture.
Neil’s son, David, began working in the family business at 10 years old. After graduation, he opened our second showroom in Jefferson City, and they changed our company name to Missouri Furniture.

Our company has continued to grow with seven locations throughout Missouri, and an eighth opening in 2022. These locations include:

HOW OUR FAMILY SUPPORTS ONE ANOTHER
When Neil passed away unexpectedly in 2014, David’s wife Karen joined him as a partner in the business. She brought a strong marketing and business skill set after a long career in the corporate world. She also grew up at the Lake of the Ozarks, and she and David are very involved in the community. Their sons, Connor and Grant, have worked in the family business since their youth, and after college graduation now work alongside them full-time. Connor is the head of Sales Operations and Grant is the Assistant Manager in Columbia.
