I have searched and search for the perfect pillow. I have extremely bad neck pain and lower back pain (believe it or not a pillow will help you back its the right one) and I have spent a lot of money trying to find the right one. I bought a Bedgear pillow from a mattress store and I like it because I am a stomach sleeper side and back sleeper. the one I originally bought was for stomach sleepers. When I found the M1 pillow I was so excited. It came in and for the first about two weeks it was perfect. now we are getting to the point where in the middle of the night the pillow is becoming flat and has no support. I am so bummed. I dont know if going up a size will fix this issue but in the past if pillows are too hard even if its for a short time I can't handle the neck pain to get to broken in. I may even return it not sure. I am giving it 3 stars because I was literally in heaven for 2 weeks lol
