This is the best pillow that I ever slept with. Good head support. Not too low or not to high. Keeps good spinal alignment. No headache or neck pain in the AM.

This pillow truly keeps its shape and doesn't shift around in the night. It's by far the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. However it smells. I thought it would air out and go away over time but I've had it for about 8 months and it still smells bad. I change my linens regularly and my pillowcases 2x a week so it is not me. The smell doesn't keep me awake or is so strong that I won't use the pillow but it is unpleasant and persistent. I assume this will last for the life of the pillow. I have recently placed fabric freshener sheets between the layers to see if it can help this issue but it has not. I dislike perfum-scented sprays like Febreeze so that is not an option for me otherwise I'd have tried them long ago.

My husband had gave me another high-end brand and I finally gave up on the suffering with it because it was expensive and replaced it with The Side Sleeper on. With numerous issues with my sleep. so far this really seems to be the ONLY pillow for me. My airways seem more open my arthritis in the complete cervical spine are happier - so THANK YOU so very much for developing this technology. One pillow doesn't fit all sizes - customized Bedgear is the perfect solution.
