How does the Iron Clad Guarantee Work? With my "Mistake Free Buying" program, you have 7 days to see if your furniture works in your home. If you decide you don't want it, "I'll Take it Back"
Are there any exclusions to your "Take it Back" policy? There are basically 2 types of items that can not be returned. Mattress & Box springs are one and Custom ordered items are the other.
How do I file a warranty for defective merchandise? If you have a warranty claim, please contact us toll free 866-615-7548 or e-mail us at service1@missourifurniture.com. You may also contact your salesperson or store manager.
Do you do in home inspections on warranty Claims? Missouri Furniture does do in home inspections for a small fee. There is a standard in-home service fee of $30.00 per occurrence.
Does the In Home Service Fee mean you'll repair it at my home? We will try and do as many repairs in the home as possible. Sometimes this is not possible and the furniture may need to be repaired at our warehouse in Camdenton.
My mattress has sink holes where we lay. Is this a manufacturers defect? Normal body impressions will occur as your mattress adjust to your sleeping positions. The settling period will normally occur within the first 30 days of use. However, if your mattress sinks deeper that 1 1/2" within the warranty, it is considered defective and should be replaced. Let us know and we get it taken care of.
If my bed does have sink holes deeper than 1 1/2", are there any other reasons why my warranty would be denied? If your mattress is out of warranty or if it is soiled or stained your claim will be denied. We suggest you use a water-proof mattress pad to keep it clean.
I purchase a mattress and it's killing my back. Can I exchange it? All bedding sales are final.
What is the Protection Plus Plan I purchased for my living room set? Your have purchased a product that is offered by the Stainsafe Companies. It is a Limited 5 year warranty. It covers your fabric or leather furniture for a period of 5-years against any Rips-Tears-Burns or stains. Please take the time to read the warranty paper or go on-line to http://www.stainsafe.com/.
How do I report a claim for my 5-Year Protection Plus Plan? All covered claims are to be submitted directly to Stainsafe. Their toll free number is 800-521-0555 or you can submit your claim on line to http://www.stainsafe.com/.
Are there any exclusions on my 5-year Protection Plus Plan? Yes, Stainsafe has a specific procedure for reporting a claim. The one that most people have problems with is the 5 day notification policy.
Does Missouri Furniture offer their own warranty? Missouri Furniture does not offer their own Warranty. All manufacturer have at least a 1 year warranty against any manufacturers defects. Missouri Furniture will assist you in getting any warranty work done.
